How to install CartoonTV Android app from unknown sources
By default, Android blocks the installation of apps that aren't downloaded from the Google Play store.
For devices with Android 4.0 and higher, installation of the CartoonTV app would be blocked by Android. You'll need to allow installations from "Unknown Sources" in order to download and install the app.
